Everything he was advertised to be

For 19 years I rode my 16.2 H bay gelding in western pleasure and won about every class I put him in. His name is Lopin Steady (Trooper). As he was aging I decided it was about time to retire him and look for another horse. I wanted a Paint as I have always had quarter horses. I found just what I wanted according to the ad so we bought him. After riding him very regularly for 5 years I decided he was never going to be what I wanted. He had too many problems from his previous owners. I thought with time and patience I could fix that but I was wrong.
After I unsaddled Waylon my husband John and I sat in our lawn chairs in the barn to discuss the situation. I told him I thought God was telling me it was time to stop competing. I wasn’t mad, upset or depressed, just done.
The next morning after a good night’s sleep John said he had found me a new horse. For years I have followed Christine Boehle of Precision Training. He had gotten on her site and found the horse he knew I would love. I watched the sale video, I looked at John and said I want him! John texted Christine to inquire about his selling price. I then called her. We had a lovely conversation and the phone call ended with us owning My Sleepy Red Vette (Wyatt). I sent a check in the mail, sent by special delivery the very next morning.
Wyatt is now here and he’s been here less than a week. He is everything he was advertised to be. He is only 3 years old and so sweet and trained for western pleasure. Christine did a fantastic job of training him, like all the other horses she rides. She is very gentle with them. My advice is if you want a young horse trained, send them to her or do what I did and buy one from her.
Thank goodness John got on the Precision Training site when he did or I would have missed out on the horse of a lifetime. Thank you, Christine!
